Good to know
A note on proportions: 200×200 is a 1:1 frame. Feeding in a photo with a different shape means something has to give — either the image stretches, or it keeps its shape and leaves space at the edges. The preview shows which you are getting before you download.

Will resizing to 200×200 make my image blurry?
Only if you are scaling up. Going from a larger photo down to 200×200 is lossless in perceived quality. Going from something smaller up to 200×200 stretches the pixels you already have, which softens the result — no tool can recover detail the camera never recorded.
